Thank you for shopping with Park & Bleecker! Due to the limited edition and exclusive nature of our products, all purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
Order Processing:
Orders placed online will be processed within 5-7 business days before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Damaged in Transit:
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@parkandbleecker.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product for evaluation. Upon verification, we will explore options such as replacements or other appropriate remedies.
Candle Performance Issues:
If you encounter issues with your candle, such as tunneling, poor scent throw, or wick complications, contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance. Please ensure you follow the provided burning guidelines to avoid common performance issues.
Burning Guidelines:
Proper burning techniques are essential for optimal performance and safety. Follow these guidelines to maximize your candle experience:
- Initial Burn: Allow a full melt pool to form during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
- Wick Trimming: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn for a steady flame and even burn.
- Burn Time: Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Safety: Always burn candles within sight, away from flammable objects, and out of reach of children and pets.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suboptimal performance, and Park & Bleecker will not be held liable for issues arising from improper use.
Customer Responsibility & Liability Limitation:
By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy and assume full responsibility for maintaining proper burning practices. Park & Bleecker shall not be liable for any damages or issues caused by failure to follow recommended guidelines.
Pre-Order Items
Occasionally, Park & Bleecker offers pre-order items to provide early access to exclusive products.
- Pre-order Labeling: Items available for pre-order will be clearly labeled on the product page.
- Fulfillment Timeline: The anticipated date of fulfillment will be specified in a separate email sent directly to the customer.
- Cancellations: Pre-orders may be canceled at any time by Park & Bleecker due to unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain delays or product availability. Customers will be notified promptly if this occurs, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
- Combined Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship first. Pre-order items will ship separately once available.
- Delays: While we strive to meet anticipated shipping timelines, delays may occur. Updated delivery information will be communicated via email.
